Dear Customer!
Please note that the prices are indicative. Your reservation is only valid if we have confirmed it in some form (e.g. e-mail, telephone)
If it still doesn't work and you want to cancel the booked appointment, you can let us know by e-mail or phone!

If for some reason you cannot be at the venue at the reserved time, please let us know in time! Considering that the reorganization takes time, cancellation / change of date is possible free of charge 48 hours before the booked date (by e-mail or phone), taking into account the opening hours.

We treat your data confidentially and do not pass it on to third parties!
